To access your tickets, download the official UK Athletics App to your mobile device. The app is available for free on both Apple and Android devices. You may also access tickets by visiting UKathletics.com/MyUKAccount on your phone's web browser.

Please make sure your UK Athletics app is up to date. You can check for updates in the App Store or Google Play Store.

If you are using our app for the first time, you may be prompted to set up an app profile. The app profile is optional and is separate from your ticketing account. To access your tickets, you will need to select the ticket tab from the home screen and then 'Manage My Tickets.

UK Athletics will be implementing SafeTix™ as an additional feature on mobile tickets. Be sure to review the SafeTix™ information for important details about this security enhancement.

With SafeTix™, screenshots will not be accepted for entry.

Tap the "Tickets" icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen.

Select "Manage My Tickets - Public" and sign into your My UK Account with the email address associated with your BBN United membership.

If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account associated with your BBN United email address, you will be prompted to “sign up” for an account using that email address. You may also be asked to authenticate your account for security purposes.

Once you're signed in, your tickets will be available to view & manage!
