What is BBN United?

BBN United is UK’s official fan membership program that empowers fans anywhere to contribute directly to the success of Kentucky student-athletes. Every year-long membership helps create NIL opportunities for UK student-athletes.

BBN United is how you, the fan, can directly contribute to the success of Kentucky athletics while also being rewarded for your loyalty to the Wildcats. Support from BBN United goes to students across all sports—from football to basketball to rifle—and every perk you receive in return is a thank you for being part of the Big Blue Nation.

How Membership Works

BBN United offers several membership tiers, giving fans the flexibility to support at a level that fits them best. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits, from exclusive content to unforgettable fan experiences and plans can be compared below. All memberships are annual commitments, ensuring consistent and meaningful support for NIL initiatives throughout the year.

SUPPORTING STUDENT-ATHLETES

WHAT IS NIL?
NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness and refers to an individual’s legal right to control the commercial use of their identity. For years, student-athletes forfeited these rights when they joined a college athletic team. Following recent state and NCAA rule changes, college student-athletes are now permitted to pursue sponsorships and brand deals. Every BBN United membership directly supports NIL opportunities for Kentucky student-athletes.

How BBN United and K Fund Work Together

The K Fund
The K Fund supports the facilities, scholarships, and resources that make it possible for UK student-athletes to train, compete, and excel. Contributions to the K Fund are philanthropic gifts that enhance the university’s athletic programs and ensure long-term success.
BBN United
BBN United, focuses on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities and providing Cats fans across the US, Canada and Mexico the chance to get closer to the teams they love in innovative ways, both digital and physical. Membership in BBN United provides direct support for NIL initiatives, allowing fans to play an active role in helping Wildcats student-athletes build their individual platforms.
Together, the K Fund and BBN United create a comprehensive model of support, one that is unique in the college space and that sustains UK Athletics institutionally while empowering student-athletes personally.
WHAT HAPPENED TO CLUB BLUE?
Club Blue ended its services in August 2025 and BBN United picked up where it left off. Club Blue helped bring fans closer to Kentucky Athletics through exclusive access, shared experiences, and a community rooted in Wildcat pride. While that chapter has closed, its impact still continues. BBN United was created to build on what Club Blue started with the same core mission: supporting UK Athletics while creating meaningful value and experiences for fans. BBN United preserves the connection fans valued while expanding opportunities and supporting student-athletes to invest in the long-term future of UK Athletics.

BBN United is open to anyone in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. No matter where you live, you are a part of the Kentucky community and can stay connected via exclusive content, members-only gear and unique experiences while supporting the athletes and teams you love.
